It is hard to stay up to date with changes in technology these days. At one point I thought I had better look into Microsoft’s SkyDrive – only to find it is no longer, it is now OneDrive! Oh my, what does that imply?
Fortunately I have found that the more things change, the more they stay the same. The concepts are easy – it is just the jargon that gets in the way.
For some time now we have focused our training (www.hmdtraining.com) on Office 2007 and Windows 7 as research showed it to be the most commonly-used platform in small businesses and organizations.
However, more and more people have started to ask questions about Windows 8 and Office 365 (the cloud version). So that begs the question whether one should start developing training for this new cloud and mobile-centric environment. We think it is time – we would appreciate your comments and feedback.
